You can obtain up to 1.0 continuing education credits for participating in this online training.

There are 4 easy steps to complete.

STEP 1:

Review  all the information located in the "WHY A SMOKE-FREE HOME?" section of the site.

STEP 2:

Review all the information located in the "GOING SMOKE-FREE" section of the site.

STEP 3:

Watch the videos of a family going smoke-free and the challenges and solutions for going smoke-free on the "VIDEO" section of the site.

STEP 4:

Take THE QUIZ to test your knowledge about smoke-free homes. 

Please note that you must receive a score of 70% or higher on the quiz to pass. Once you have completed the quiz, your score will be sent to you at the e-mail address you provide.                                          

If you receive a passing score, your certificate will also be sent to the e-mail address that you provide.
