You or the smoker can’t go outside to smoke because you have young children.

It is very important not to leave young children alone to go outside to smoke. Take them outside if there is a safe place for them to play where they won’t breathe in the secondhand smoke. Also, you can ask another adult or responsible older child in your home to watch the children for a few minutes.
